How to enable or disable device audio?

Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: From the Home Page, tap the three-dot icon to enter the Device Setup/Settings page.

Step 2: Tap the Audio Settings, then tap the Audio toggle to enable or disable the feature. Or for some models, tap the Audio button directly after entering the Settings page.

Please note that if audio is disabled, there will be no audio for both live stream and video history.
